Arran Events

If you are planning to visit the island why not come and enjoy one of the Arran events held throughout the year. These include the annual Highland Games, an excellent Folk Festival and the The Mountain Festival .

Many of these Arran events sell out very quickly and accommodation on the island can be at a premium.

So if you fancy joining in, we suggest that you get organised quickly to avoid missing out on some memorable events

Brodick Highland Games - August

Come and enjoy the spectacle of the Annual Brodick Highland Games. Held at Ormidale Park in Brodick from 10:00am to 5:00pm. A great event for all the family including heavy events, Highland dancing, pipe bands and childrens races.

 

Outdoor Mountain Festival - September

Join qualified local guides to explore “Scotland in miniature’s” breathtaking landscape during the Isle of Arran Mountain Festival.

Previously known as “Arran Outdoor & Walking Festival”, this fantastic community run event offers a series of spectacular mountain walks as well as other exciting outdoor activities such as paragliding, mountain biking and sea kayaking.
